Wood-fired
This grolleg porcelain wall vase was glazed with a Shino-style
glaze, dusted with cottonwood ash (from a previous 15-day firing),
and received additional sprinklings of colorants and fluxes. The
vase was then side-fired on shells in an Oak/Elm wood-firing -
held at cone 12 for 45 hours.
